NEW MEEtING LOCATION:
Mercato Ristorante
111 Market St NE in Olympia
Starting November 11, 2025 our meeting will be in our new location.
We are very excited to be moving to a new location that will accommodate our expanding club. We will be in a closed, private room and we'll also have use of a microphone which will make it easier for everyone to hear. This move has been in the works for over a year. It's not easy to find the perfect space to move an entire club, but we believe that this is the best of the best for everyone.
New monthly lunch meeting location is Mercato Ristorante, (111 Market St NE in Olympia). Past speakers have included elected officials, candidates, Republican Party officials, political consultants, and special guests who updated us on Community Service opportunities in our area. The no-host luncheons are held at 11:30 am on the second Tuesday of the month.
Street parking is available in front of and near the restaurant. Anyone with a handicap placard can park in any street parking space free of charge. Driving up Washington Street, there is parking on the right and also a parking lot on the left behind the restaurant. Continuing straight at the stop light there is even more parking in the Farmer's Market lot.
The Menu is pretty simple and has something for everyone. However, please be aware that the restaurant's policy is to automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill so there's no need to leave a tip. We will need to be flexible in the beginning as we are all in this together and will need to work out the kinks. I appreciate everyone's feedback and excitement for a new chapter. I believe Olympia will benefit by having our presence in their town!

Our club is looking for members to participate on the nominating committee for the slate of 2026 officers. We are looking for women to recruit and fill many positions. If you are interested, please email [email protected].

ANNUAL 2025 CHRISTMAS PARTY

$30 for members/ $40 for non-members
Lunch Options:
1. Wild Alaska Lingcod Caddy Gandy - marinated in white wine, bread crumbs, dill and red onions
2. Kalbi Chicken - glazed with Tamara and ginger
3. Vegetatian Pasta Primavera - mushrooms, zucchini, peas, artichoke hearts, with cream sauce
Above meals all come with a Caesar salad, sourdough bread, and hot coffee/tea.
4. Oregon Coast Bay Shrimp Caesar - comes with a cup of soup, sourdough bread, and hot coffee/tea.
We will be collecting $20 Safeway or Walmart gift cards for All Kids Win. Please purchase a couple gift cards when shopping. These gift cards will go directly to students for meals over Christmas break. It will make it easier to hand out if we donate the cards instead of cash. I know this year I am going to buy a couple extra. This is for children who are making an effort to get to school when their circumstances are not ideal.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We are looking for volunteers to go out and register citizens of Thurston County to vote. We have all the necessary paperwork, instructions and places. We need volunteers. It will be a fun time of fellowship for our club also. Please email [email protected] if you can help.
